StreetGeek X
From StreetGeek Wiki
9am Saturday October 2nd to 9pm Sunday October 3rd 2010
Goodwood Community Centre
32 Rosa St, Goodwood
StreetGeek X is StreetGeek's annual special event, held only once a year at the Goodwood Community Centre. SGX is much like a regular StreetGeek event: all the same social atmosphere and fun games, but in a bigger venue, with a higher capacity, bigger prizes, more tournaments and longer duration. If you only make it to one StreetGeek a year, SGX is the one to come to!
here's the venue on Google Maps
First time here? Check out our N00b's Guide and our main website.

Elite Tournament games will be modified, cancelled, substituted, or moved to the Social Tournament bracket if 8 or more players do not play. Elite or Social games may be cancelled or substituted if participation is dismal, or if technical problems prevent the game from running.

Conditions of Entry
Abide by the directions of our Administration Team
You consent to the use of your image (photographs, video, audio) by us and our sponsors for any purpose directly related to the promotion and operation of StreetGeek events.
We reserve the right to evict you without cause or refund.
Scheduling
StreetGeek "X" has been scheduled in the Semester 2 mid-semester break to avoid conflict with other big gaming events like AVCON and Reloaded that are also held in South Australia. Limited A/C prevents us from running this event in the summer holidays. Of course, because it is a school holiday and university holiday weekend, there are other events on the same weekend, and some conflicts will be unavoidable. If you are already attending your favourite event that weekend, please don't let us stop you. Have a good time there, and hopefully next year's date will work better for you!
What to Bring
The venue does have showers (!!!awesome!!!) so bring along towels and so forth!
Also bring sleeping gear, and the usual stuff.
