Hey, and if your reading this, it means that you have signed up onto www.streetgeek.com.au and your ready to start posting on the forums! (Or you’re just checking out the rules, if this is you, we recommend signing up to proceed!)
Firstly, there are a few rules we have here at StreetGeek LAN Parties that we would like you to follow in order for everyone to have an enjoyable time posting on the forums
1) The Admins and Moderators are your own personal FORUM GODS. They have the power to edit your posts, delete them, lock threads you created and even lock your accounts. If something you have posted has been edited or deleted, DO NOT REPOST IT. If the post or thread was removed, it was removed for a reason. If you wish to question a moderator or admin's decision, PM them. DO NOT use the forum to openly question admin authority.
2) Spamming the forums, flame wars and continual harassment of a user by another is deemed not to be friendly forum behavior. The Moderators will deal with users who are doing these activities. Prejudice of any sort on this forum based on someones race, culture, religion or sexual preference is not only not tolerated on this forum, but is not tolerated under Australian Law. There is a zero tolerance policy regarding this.
3) Do not use the forum only as a way to promote something you are doing. If you do wish to promote something, PM the admins and also prove you are willing to contribute to the forums on a regular basis
4) The Trading Post has its own rules. Firstly, don’t post something for sale in there unless you are willing to sell it. If you want to sell something, put FS: in front of the post (for sale). If you want to buy something, put WTB: in front of the post (Wanted to buy). Finally, if you want a rough estimation of second hand value on something, put PC: in front of the post (Price Check)
5) If you have any questions, complaints about forum, moderator or user conduct, please PM the following people:

Box is the Head Moderator and is the best person to PM first. The other five people are some of the site admins, but these people are busier and may not answer very quickly.
6) Failure to comply with all of the above rules while posting in the forum will lead to a user being warned and having a black mark placed on their account's record. Repeat offenses will result in your account being banned either temporarily or permanently.
